Wisdom is an important thing; therefore gain wisdom;
and with our gain, also gain understanding.

The path of the wise is like the light of the sunrise,
Which grows brighter and brighter with the passing of the day.

We do not have to worry about to the path under our feet,
We can be sure that all our ways are steadfast.

We will not turn to the right, nor to the left,
Nor will we stumble into evil.

Happy are the people who follow Wisdom
The profit of that path is greater than silver or gold.

Wisdom is more precious than rubies;
No jewels we own may be compared to her.

Length of days is in her right hand,
In her left hand are riches and honor.

Her ways are ways pleasant,
And all her paths are peace.

She is a tree of life to those who lay hold of her,

And happy is everyone who has wisdom.
